I got an email from the president of the local chapter of THE INSANE CHICKS SOCIETY (TICS) that reminded me of an old saying. She said, “My world does not revolve around money either, and I don't want to hear this bullshit any more from you.”
It reminded me of a old saying so I shot back with, “I hear what you are saying but I see what you are doing. It’s interesting to me that people can lie to themselves and not see it.”
Hell, she owns two fancy properties here, goes to bat shit crazy California to earn big bucks and spends them on her properties here. Don’t tell me that her world doesn’t revolve around money, I’m not that frigging stupid.
Mary came over yesterday, she lives on the block behind me, she was looking for something to sift the dirt in her garden through. I just happened to have a neat sifter I made when I worked on an organic farm so I gave it to her. If I ever need another I’ll make one.

Anyway, the president of the local chapter of TICS said that she would call me when she returns next week.
We are on different journeys, she may as well not risk hurting her finger punching the phones buttons because it's likely that it would end with her slamming down the receiver anyway and I don't want to be responsible for her hand getting hurt.
Everything with her is a negotiation as she is trying to control every moment and aspect of her life. I can do without that, not even the cute butt and boobs are worth it.
They seldom are. Funny they never seem to understand that.
Well, spirit can do without the Martha Stewart's and the empire builders.
I'm not here to try to make them happy. My code is "All I have is all I need" And I'm thankful for what I have.
My time is for the beaches and mountains and the peace there.

mmm, I learned a long time ago that I lie to myself. And that it is easy to hide things from myself as well. In the light of that news, I have to continually be aware of why I do what I do. Sometimes I still don't know.
Bingo !! I posted The TV dish and receivers that I saved from the landfill on Yahoo Freecycle this morning. A lady has been looking for one for months so now they will be made good use of.
One good deed out of the way and it's still early.

I'm off on another adventure now, taking the scenic route to the yurt the stove is in.
